ArtDepoo is a contemporary art gallery, opened in 2005 by one of the oldest and largest Baltic region gallery and auction house „Haus” (opened in 1997). It is situated in the most dynamically developing area of Tallinn - Kalamaja, in specially rearranged for gallery ex-factory quarters.
ArtDepoo is proud to represent both emerging and already established contemporary artists of the Estonian and Baltic Sea regions. Our cultural boarders have expanded significantly and ArtDepoo's playing ground is diverse. We would like to show a connection between "today" and "tonight" of the contemporary art scene.
Our gallery has joined forces with brilliant creators, the collection of whose works creates a comprehensive overview of the current situation in Estonian art with greater inclination towards Scandi-Baltics. One distinguishing feature of the artists we work with, is their approach to convey their message to a broader audience; their works are communicating with the surrounding world in a clear, confident and individual way.
Running a popular exhibition space in Tallinn, at a crossing point of mixed cultural and artistic radiance from the East, West, North and South, ArtDepoo is a meeting place of artists from different countries with often opposite cultural and social backgrounds. This makes the list of displayed artists very long and exciting.
